Grilled Chicken/Turkey Filets

1 lb turkey or chicken fillets, cut into 1 inch slices

Marinade:
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
Black pepper
Parsley

Mix ingredients for marinade. Pour over turkey fillets, refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

Grill over high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side. Flip over and brush with marinade.
