Crock-Pot Chuck Roast

Here’s a very simple recipe for a slow-cooked chuck roast in a bit of liquid.  You can use this method for Minute Roast as well.

Allow .25-.5lbs per person, more if you want leftovers!

1 Chuck Roast
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce or Braggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cook on low in your crock pot for 8-10 hours.  Enjoy delicious smells filling your kitchen!  Serve with egg noodles, rice or hearty bread and some garlicky bitter greens.
