Beer, Honey, and Lime Shoulder Steak

Recipe by Amanda Koppelman-Milstein

  1. Mix beer, honey, and lime together and cover the steak.
  2. If the steak is not fully covered, add another can of beer and mix.
  3. Let marinate for at least one hour.
  4. Broil for 10 minutes on each side in the oven (or more for a more well-done steak).
  5. Slice thinly and serve.
