- Grow and Behold Crescent Steaks
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
- ½ bunch fresh thyme
Puree one cup EVOO with 1 tsp fresh ground pepper and 1/2 bunch thyme. Marinate steaks 4 hours to overnight. Season with salt just before grilling. Grill to rare-medium rare. Serve with grilled corn and potato salad.
