This recipe can be made in an Instant Pot or on the stovetop.
Brown 2 thinly-sliced onions and 3-4 cloves garlic.
Add 4 tablespoons tomato paste, then deglaze with 4 cups beef stock.
Add a 28oz can diced tomatoes, 5 cups sliced cabbage and the meat.
Slow cook/simmer for a couple hours or cook on high pressure for 40 minutes.
To finish, add equal parts brown sugar and cider vinegar (we used 1/4 cup each) to taste.
